Burtness Theatre

Included in Burtness Theatre are a 365-seat proscenium theatre, a flexible-seating laboratory theatre, and scenic and costume shops. While Burtness is nearly 40 years old, major equipment purchases in lighting and sound and other remodeling projects help maintain this theatre as one of the best in the region. The University of North Dakota Department of Theatre Arts uses Burtness Theater as the primary facility for productions.
